What payment methods are accepted?
We use Stripe to process all of our online payments, so you're free to use most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payment via Apply Pay and Paypal.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated using USPS and Fedex live rates and are based on your ordered items. This helps ensure you're always getting the lowest shipping cost possible.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 business days but can be up to 3-5 business days. Once fulfilled, we'll ship your order and send you a confirmation email. All US orders and some International orders will include a tracking number.
Can my shipping be expedited?
Yes, for most orders we do offer expedited shipping. If available, this will be displayed as a shipping option during checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status and order tracking by visiting > click My Account > Orders. Then select the order you'd like to check.
Can I make changes to my order or shipping information?
Once an order is placed, it may not be possible to make changes to your order or the shipping address. Please contact us to see what we can help you work out. We recommend double checking all of your order items and shipping information before checking out.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide to all countries except Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. Note: Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees or additional duties, depending on destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors.
Do you offer gift cards?
At this time, we do not offer gift cards.
Is my account information, saved payment methods, and checkout secure?
Completely! Our website utilizes all available security measures to secure our database. Payment information storage and processing takes place on a separate and completely secure server managed by Stripe.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are guaranteed in the event that a product arrives defective. When returning an item, we do not require it be shipped back to us. Simply email a photo of the defect along with your order number to and let us know whether you'd like store credit or a replacement at no cost to you.   We do accommodate exchanges based on incorrect sizing or fit. We recommend checking our Size Charts (included on every product page) before ordering to ensure an accurate fit. Items to be exchanged should be mailed to our office, and a store credit less a 10% restocking fee will be issued to place an order for the correct size.
