Returns are guaranteed in the event that a product arrives defective. When returning an item, we do not require it be shipped back to us. Simply email a photo of the defect along with your order number to email@example.com and let us know whether you'd like store credit or a replacement at no cost to you.
We do accommodate exchanges based on incorrect sizing or fit. We recommend checking our Size Charts (included on every product page) before ordering to ensure an accurate fit. Items to be exchanged should be mailed to our office, and a store credit less a 10% restocking fee will be issued to place an order for the correct size. Shipping costs in these cases are the responsibility of the buyer.
